Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her Ephesians 5:25 NIV
Tony Manley is the head of the Manley family, a father, a husband, mentor, and a coach. In late 2004 he began working in his current profession as a Federally Contracted Protective Security Officer under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Washington, DC. Work wasn’t enough for him though. He found what he thought was his calling as a youth football coach in 2007, and he eventually transitioned to coaching basketball in 2011. He now coaches basketball only for Charles County Parks & Recreation, Team Hustle DMV AAU basketball, and one of his most valued accomplishments- St. Charles High School as the JV Head Coach. During his tenure coaching he realized, with the help of his wife and partner Roz Manley, that it was about more than coaching, coaching just provided him with the platform. The platform to mentor the youth through the form of coaching.
In 2017, Tony was blessed with the opportunity to become CEO of his own mentoring program “Man2Man” while wife Roz became CEO of “Daughters with a Purpose”. Roz and Tony were appointed CEO’s by Valencia Clipper-Davis, the founder of the organization Valuable Blessings, Inc which both mentoring programs fall under.
In late 2018, Tony made his debut as an actor in the hit stage play “The Ties That Bind”, as Detective Michael Jones; where he was also able to display his talents as a singer. Since that time, he has released his first single “Ready to Love”, and he is officially a recording artist. With the love and support of his amazing wife Roz and Manager Valencia, Tony has realized his potential and he is constantly striving to get better at his crafts.
